Such mesothelioma cancer rates are higher in countries like Australia, U.K (the United Kingdom) but on the other hand, it lowers in China and Japan. It is estimated that 3,000 people are affected by mesothelioma cancer per year in the United States. The risk of mesothelioma cancer has been larger since 1950. The patient typically diagnosed with mesothelioma cancer after the age of 65 and most of them died when they reach the age of 70. Because in asbestos cancer most of the patients will survive only 5 to 6 years.
