Chicken Manchurian Recipe Ingredients
- Chicken breast pieces (boneless) 1 kg
- Chicken broth 1 1/2 cup
- White pepper (crushed) 1tbsp
- Corn flour (dissolved in water ) 6 tbsp
- Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
- Soy sauce 1 tbsp
- Tomato ketchup 1 cup
- Chilli sauce 2 tbsp
- White cumin 2 tbsp
- Salt 2 tsp
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- Oil 1/4 cup
- oil for frying 1 tbsp
- Egg 1
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Onion for garnishing
Procedure :
Take chicken breast pieces and apply vinegar , half of corn flour , salt 1 tbsp oil and egg on these pieces and place it for 30 minutes . Now take a frying pan and put these chicken pieces in it and fry it until it become golden brown . Heat oil in a pan and fry garlic cloves . Now ad all other ingredients like ketchup soy sauce vinegar , salt , sugar , chilli sauce and chicken broth and cook it until it boils . Add the remaining corn flour in it and slowly stir it with spoon . Cook it until it becomes thick and mix well . Hot Chicken Manchurian recipe is ready to serve . Garnish with lemon cloves and spring onion and serve hot Chicken Manchurian with simple rice or egg fried rice .
