Eid Special Mutton Qorma

Eid Special Mutton Qorma. Eid is the festival of celebration of muslim . Muslim celebrate two Eid . bakra eid is celebrated on 10th of zilhaj . On this eid muslims slaughter their goats ,camels and cows and distribute them in pours and also make dishes of  meat . In this post I will tell you some delicious mutton recipe which you can try on eid . Many delicious mutton recipe are made on bakra eid .

Ingredients

Mutton  : 1/2 kg

Green cardamom : 6 pieces

Mashed garlic and ginger paste : tbps

Black pepper : 10

Onion : 2

Kaju powder : 2 tbps

Jeera : 1 tsp

teezpat : 2

Red chilli : 2tsp

Garam masala: 2 tsp

Coriander powder : 1tsp

Cream : 1/2 tsp

Saffron (zafran): 1/2 tsp

Green Chilli : as per choice

Yogurt : 250 gram

Green coriander : as per choice

Oil : 1/2 cup

Salt : 1 tsp

almond : 10

kayora : 1 tbps

Procedure :

Take  a pan and put oil in it . Now put onion in it and fry it till it is golden brown .Then add mutton in it and fry it . Take  yogurt and put little golden brown onion in it and also add garlic ginger paste , coriander powder , red chilli , black pepper , salt , saffron and mix it . Put all this mixture in mutton and cook it at light heat till mutton is fully cooked and yogurt water  dry .  After that add some water and cook it at light stove for 10 to 20 minutes and then off the stove . In this cooked mutton add cardamom ,  jeera almond , golden brown onion and garam masala and mix it and leave it for 5 minutes  then add red chilli . Garnish it and serve it nan ands chapati .
