1 1/2 cup of fresh blueberries or frozen blueberries
1 cup apple juice chilled
3/4 cup lemon or vanilla yogurt low fat
1/4 cup skimmed milk powder
Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor and shake till it is fully mixed .
