Ultimate Chocolate fudge cake

Ultimate Chocolate fudge cake  .Chocolate is very much liked by people of every age .It is so delicious and mouth watering that someone who see chocolate cannot resist .Ultimate Chocolate fudge cake is one which is more likable .It is  easy to make without any heavy machine or beater .It is easily made at home .Chocolate fudge cake have a good taste like  any famous bakery .It is so much sticky and dense so you can use it with black coffee or tea .It stick to your mouth if it is used without any drink .It has a simple topping of chocolate .Recipe of Ultimate Chocolate fudge cake is given below

Simple Fudge Cake

Ingredients

240 g dark chocolate

3/4 cup caster sugar

250 g unsalted butter

1/4 cup milk

2 eggs

1/4 cup oil

1/2 cup coca powder

1 tbsp baking powder

3/4 cup plain flour

2 tbsp of normal coffee powder

Procedure :

Prepare you cake pane and spray butter in it and stick butter paper to it . Place  a bowl on stove and add butter sugar and  half milk and chocolate pieces into it and cook until blend well. Add remaining milk and eggs and beat it with hand beater . Sift coca , baking powder , plain flour and coffee and whisk well . Pour all mixture into a cake tin and put it in preheated oven . Bake it for 1 hour and 10 minutes.

Ganache

For chocolate ganache take 1 pack of fresh cream and add melted chocolate into it and mix well . Pour this mixture on cool cake sponge and settle it with spatula .Put it in fridge and serve chilled chocolate fudge cake with black coffee or tea .
