Total Time:15 Minutes
Yield:2 Medium Cup
Ingredients
1 cup water
1 cup milk
2 jasmine tea bags
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons honey
Instructions
Simmer the water and steep the jasmine tea for 3–5 minutes.
Remove the tea bags.
Stir in the milk, vanilla, and cinnamon.
Heat gently for 2–3 minutes without boiling.
Add honey and stir well.
Serve warm or chilled over ice.
Notes
For the best flavor, always steep jasmine tea in hot water first before adding milk.
Avoid boiling after adding milk to keep the texture smooth and creamy.
Adjust sweetness gradually—start with less honey and add more if needed.
Oat milk creates the creamiest dairy-free version, while almond milk gives a lighter taste.
For a stronger flavor, steep tea for an extra 1–2 minutes.
The drink can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days; shake or stir well before serving.
Serve iced by cooling completely and pouring over ice cubes.
